Returns are accepted up to 30 days from the date the order was shipped. We offer free return shipping on all non-oversized items we sell. Oversized items are charged a $20 fee for return shipping (oversized items include: wakeboards, waterskis, wake surfboards, and wakeskates)

To make a return simply call 1-800-625-9666 or email john@waterskis.com with "Returns" in the title and include the following:

Be sure to include all of the above information so that your return can be processed without delay. After we have received your email we will create a return shipping label and email you within one business day of your request. When your email arrives simply repackage your item(s), print the label on any regular home or office printer, and tape the label to the box. Then take the package to any FedEx drop-off location.

Upon inspection of returned product, Waterskis.com, at its discretion, will issue a full or partial refund to the credit card used for the purchase less the original shipping charges. All returned items that were shipped with the free shipping promotion will be credited less the actual shipping costs.  We will notify you via email after your items are received and after we have credited your card.

We do not accept product exchanges. To exchange an item simply return it using the return process (above) and place a new order online or over the phone for the item you want.

Typographical Errors
In the event that a Midwest MasterCraft, Inc. product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Midwest MasterCraft, Inc. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Midwest MasterCraft, Inc. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Midwest MasterCraft, Inc. shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.


Term; Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Midwest MasterCraft, Inc. without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.
