How do I create an account?
  1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site.
2) Enter your email address.
3) Select "I am a new customer".

Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.
How do I edit my account information?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.
How much is my shipping? is proud to offer free shipping on all orders over $99.  If your order does not qualify for free shipping or you want expedited freight, shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.
I forgot my password.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.
How do I return my product?
Returns Returns of unused merchandise are accepted up to 30 days from the date the order was shipped.

To make a return simply call 1-800-625-9666 or email with "Returns" in the title and include the following information in order to get a Return Authorization (RA) number:

   1. Order Number
   2. Customer Number
   3. Item(s) you wish to return (please state name, size, color and other options)
   4. Reason for your return

Be sure to include all of the above information so that your return can be processed without delay. After we have received your call or email we will provide a return authorization within one business day. After you receive your Return Authorization number, repackage your item(s) in the original packaging and ship the items to the following address within 5 business days. We require that you use an insured shipping method to cover any damages while the return is in transit. We also require you use a return shipping method that provides delivery notification. is not responsible for items that are lost or damaged in transit.

Upon inspection of returned product,, at its discretion, will issue a full or partial refund to the credit card used for the purchase less the original shipping charges. All returned items that were shipped with the free shipping promotion will be credited less the actual shipping costs. We will notify you via email after your items are received and after we have credited your card. All returns will be credited within three business days of arrival at Returns will not be accepted on items without a Return Authorization number. DO NOT SHIP ITEMS WITHOUT FIRST GETTING A RETURN AUTHORIZATION. They will be returned to you.

I received the wrong product.
  If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service via 1-800-625-9666 or email within 72 hours of receiving the product.
What is your return policy?
  Returns are excepted up to 30 days after receiving your order (calculated via tracking information).  To setup a return please follow our Return Instructions.  
When will my order ship?
  Please see each individual item page for more information on the availability of each item. Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.
