Lame Trick Attempted, Demotion Pending
Team Waterskis.com Team Rider John Brine's employment is pending after his attempt at one of wakeboardings lamest tricks ever. Much to the horror of all in attendance Mr. Brine threw out a Fashion Air during an all staff jam session. While John's employment at www.waterskis.com is still up in the air, many close to the subject feel his time is limited thanks in part to the strong photograhic evidence of the event.

Vonore, TN --- MasterCraft Boat Company and its dealers recently announced it will bring back the MasterCraft Pro Waterski Tour (PWST) in an ongoing effort to carry professional waterskiing to a wider audience. MasterCraft Goes Diesel
November 22nd 2007
In another inboard tow boat first the MasterCraft ProStar was 190 fitted with the Volkswagen 225-6 Diesel engine and received full IWSF approval as a World Record Capability Tow Boat, this is a major breakthrough and represents the culmination of almost 2 years work by MasterCraft and Volkswagen engineers.

The PS190 225-6 is no "one off" special, this is a standard production boat available for a little over one year, I am also pleased to report that we have numbers of owners who have reached almost 1,000 hours of usage on their 225-6 powered MasterCraft in just 12 months, with absolute reliability.
Volkswagen Marine’s brand new TDI 225-6 is a derivative of one f the latest engines designed and produced by Audi for executive automobiles. The latest marine version offers 195 kw, along with further increased torque to 550 newton metres at only 2000 rpm. Also remember the VW 225-6 includes a full closed cooling system as a standard feature.
The VW 225-6 engine is available now in the ProStar 190, ProStar 197, X-7, Mari-Star 280 and X-80, with more Diesel powered models on the way soon.
