Hyperlite Murray 142 Wakeboard - Murray's 10th Aniversary Pro model. That is the reason for the hand painted "X" in the graphic. The Murray will initiate slightly mellower turns and releases quicker off the wake than Hyperlite's other Pro models. This board features a continuous 3.3" rocker. With more rocker in this new design there is more lift than previous Murray boards. Along with the Premier, the Murray is a great board for a lot of riders. It does everything well and has no major weaknesses. The thicker profile will still hold an edge but also allows the tip of the board to ride higher up the wake. Uses 2.7" A-Wing fins.

The 3DS is a hard-edging, continuous carver. It features a mellow initial turn that sets harder in the water once on rail. The 3DS is designed with an abrupt, continuous rocker line that makes the board smooth and predictable, but gives that extra pop an aggressive rider looks for. Like all 2007 Hyperlite boards the mold for the 3DS was retooled to narrow the profile of the board and reduce the weight from the 2006 3DS.

Hyperlite knows that most riders are much stronger heelside and so they made the bottom of the State asymetrical in a way that will help equalize your skills.
